If you have any questions about your order, our products, or anything related to Fortis & Co., feel free to contact us.

Shipping
We process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours.
Standard delivery times are 4–12 days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package at any time.

Returns
If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, simply email us at info.fortisco@gmail.com. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send anything back before receiving approval, as unregistered returns cannot be processed.
When your returned item arrives at our facility, it will be inspected. If the return is accepted, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please note that banks and card providers may need additional time to complete the transaction.
